There are many ways to get involved and help ASI!
Donate
Help the Students
- Volunteer as an academic tutor to help our new students before they arrive in the U.S.
- Offer internships for ASI students at your company or organization. During the summer of 2009, one of our students shadowed an administrator at the United Nations and another received a partial scholarship at Georgetown to enroll in the program “Fundamentals of Business: Leadership in a Global Economy”.
In-Kind Gifts
- Ask friends and family to make donations to ASI in your name rather than buying you holiday, birthday or wedding presents.
- Nominate ASI for your company’s corporate philanthropy program. Many companies will match employee donations.
- We are always looking for gifts of school supplies, dorm bedding and supplies, cameras (for students to record their experience) and laptops.
- If you shop at a grocery store with bag credit donation program, nominate ASI as a recipient.
- If your children need to find a recipient for their class gift, suggest ASI.

Partner with Us
- If you or anyone you know works at a college prep boarding school in the U.S., we’d love to talk to you about becoming an ASI partner.
Spread the Word
- If you are a blogger or journalist, write a post or article about us. Click here to see some of the good press we’ve already received.
- Write a letter to the opinion section of your local paper.
- Let us know if you have connections to corporate, political, educational, or civic leaders in your community who should know about ASI.
